Q - Can I exchange a product if the item was broken by accident?

Yeah, off course you can. Within 100 days of receivingYou have the right to ask for a replacement or a return.

Please send us an email at hi@zomchi.com to give us a breif description about the reason why you want to returns. Meanwhile, please don't forget to provide your order number and better to have a proof of the broken item (it could be an image) and we’ll be happy to help you with a refund or a replacement to you.

After receiving your request. We currently need a processing time for returns of 3 to 7 working days .   


*Due to the personal nature of our products, only products that have been unused, unopened and therefore in re-saleable condition can be accepted for refunds. Postage is not refunded.
